A Orange

B Blue

C Cream

Cut:

A. 4 @ 2” squares (Orange)

2 @ 2 3/8” squares cut on one diagonal (orange)

B. 4 @ 2” X 31/2” rectangle (blue)

C. 2 5/8” square (cream, center)

1. Sew orange triangles (A) to each side of C square (cream or image)--square in a square made

Sew a nine-patch with unit from step #1 in center:

2. Sew B blue rectangles to each opposite sides of unit from step 1.

3. Sew A squares to either side of B blue rectangles, repeat to make 2 of these

4. Sew units from step 3 to top and bottom of unit from step 2. Nine-patch made, congrats!
