It's May

It's May, it's May
Recently, a blog I went to wanted to know what my first Baby Quilt was.  The first several baby quilts I made were from bandanas.  I've been thinking of writing a pattern/how to.  So fast and fun!  Make great gifts.  Grab 4 color coordinated bandanas and go for it!  After all, they are 100% cotton (and I bought a bunch at Wally world for around 50 cents, if memory serves!)

What a great idea! I've seen them in all colors, so you can make a variety! You should do a post and show us how you did it....by the way, I really like your blog banner picture - really pretty quilt. :)
I wanted to let you know that your settings are on no-reply....you might want to change that if you enter any giveaways. A lot of bloggers will just pick another winner if you are a no-reply....just trying to help! Thanks for stopping by at Lilypadquilting!

I will write a quicky pattern/tutorial for the bandana quilts as soon as things settle down!
Thanks for kind words on my Stars Galore quilt. I designed it using Americana Star block when I was taking Eleanor Burns Block Party for Quilt Blocks on American Barns. El put it in her book and on TV! Also made Quilt magazine. Amazing! I do love it.
